The Eight Days of Easter

 



On the first day of Holy Week, our true Lord began His Triumphal Entry.

(Luke 19:28-44)



On the second day of Holy Week, our true Lord made the sellers in the Temple flee.

(Luke 19:45-46)



On the third day of Holy Week, our true Lord made them guess at His authority.

(Luke 20:1-8)



On the fourth day of Holy Week, our true Lord condemned religious hypocrisy.

(Luke 20:45-47)



On the fifth day of Holy Week, our true Lord sat down and ate with His enemy.

(Luke 22:3;14-23)



On the sixth day of Holy Week, our True Lord suffered a violent death that echoes throughout eternity.

(Luke 23:44-48)



On the seventh day of Holy Week, our True Lord lay in the dark grave silent as can be.

(Luke 23:55-56)



ON THE EIGHTH DAY OF HOLY WEEK, OUR RESURRECTED LORD BURST FORTH FROM THE TOMB FOR ALL TO SEE!
